01Market research
We scrape the competitor designs and live listings already selling in your niche, and pull Amazon’s own search suggestions to see what buyers actually search for. That is what defines the brief — not a guess.
02Creative direction
Every design gets its own prompt, written from the research and layered with POD best practices — layout, palette, print constraints — plus anything you asked for in custom instructions or reference images.
03Design generation
Rendered with a model built for complex compositions and accurate lettering, including non-English markets — so German, French, Spanish and Italian designs come out spelled correctly.
04Automated quality control
Each output is inspected for artifacts, malformed lettering and spelling mistakes. Anything that fails is rejected before it reaches your folder — you only see the keepers.
05Background removal

A standard design costs one token — so 450 tokens is up to 450 designs. Heavier settings can spend more than one token per design. The standard one-token setup is what we use for our own stores.

Tokens & pricing
How much does a run cost?
On average one token per design. Runs use Turbo rendering by default — 1 token = 1 design, so a 50-design run costs 50 tokens, deducted when you submit. Two slower rendering speeds are available if you want to experiment, but Turbo is what we use for our own stores.
Do my unused tokens roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly tokens carry into the next month, up to one extra month’s allowance on monthly plans and two on annual plans. Top-up and signup tokens never expire, and jobs spend monthly tokens first.
What’s included in the free trial?
10 tokens when you sign up — enough for a full 10-design run, end to end, with the finished files and listing sheets to download. No credit card, no plan required.
Can I buy tokens without changing plan?
Yes. Top-ups are available to any active subscription in packs of 100, and they never expire.
Running a job
How long does a run take?
It depends on the batch size. A typical small batch finishes in around ten minutes; larger batches take slightly longer.
Do I need to be present while it runs?
No. Once the job is submitted you can close the tab and come back when it’s done. Nothing needs supervising.
Can I run multiple jobs at the same time?
Queue as many jobs as you like — the queue is unlimited on every plan. How many run simultaneously depends on your plan: one on Starter, two on Seller, three on Pro, and five on Max. Anything beyond that starts automatically as slots free up.
Will I always get the exact number of designs I asked for?
Usually, but not always. Every design goes through automated quality control and anything that fails is dropped — we’d rather hand you 47 good designs than 50 with three duds. You can change this setting.
What happens if a run fails?
You can restart a failed job from the job page at no additional token cost. If a run hits something a restart can’t fix, the page tells you directly and puts you in touch with support instead of letting you burn a retry.
Designs & output
Do I own what the pipeline generates?
Yes. Every design, listing and exported file is yours, with full commercial usage rights.
Which marketplaces do you support?
You can use the generated designs and listings for all common POD platforms — Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, TeePublic, Spreadshirt, Spring, Etsy and Zazzle. You get ready-to-import LazyMerch and FlyingUpload spreadsheets for Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, Teepublic, and Spreadshirt. More to come!.
Which markets and languages can I generate for?
Six markets: US, UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Research, design text and listings are generated in that market’s language and routed to that market’s marketplace data. Starter includes any three; Seller, Pro, and Max include all six. Market selection can be changed once per billing period.
Can I upload reference styles?
Yes. Upload reference images to steer the look, and choose whether the pipeline uses only your references or also draws on the competitor research it scrapes for your niche.
How long are my files available to download?
Finished designs and listings stay downloadable for 48 hours on Starter, 72 hours on Seller, 1 week on Pro, and 2 weeks on Max, after which they’re deleted from our servers. The countdown is shown on the job page.
Plans & billing
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you keep every unused token you’ve banked. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. Annual plans can be upgraded to a higher annual tier but not switched back to monthly mid-term.
